No legalese. This is the deal, written the way we’d say it to your face.

1. What Evergreen is
Evergreen is a website plus someone who keeps watching it. You pay a $750 one-time setup, then $350/month. That's the whole deal — no tiers, no upsells.
2. What the $750 setup covers
We design and build your site, set up hosting, SSL, and your domain hookup, set up and optimize your Google Business Profile, and handle basic directory listings. When we're done, your site is live and working.
3. What the $350/month covers
Hosting, maintenance, monitoring, routine updates, and ongoing SEO direction. In plain terms: we keep the site live, fast, and working, and we keep an eye on how it's doing in search.
4. Cancel anytime
You can cancel whenever you want — no minimum, no penalty, no awkward breakup call. When you cancel, the monthly service stops at the end of your billing period.
5. What's yours
Some web companies register your domain in their name. Leave, and the address on your trucks, your cards, and your Google listing leaves with them. Not here: your domain, your company name, your brand, your photos, your reviews — always yours, from day one. We never hold those hostage.
6. What's ours (until you buy it out)
The site design and build are ours while you're subscribed — that's what the monthly covers instead of a big upfront build fee. If you want to walk away with the working site — after one month or one year — email us and we'll work out a fair buyout. There's no set price on the site because we're selling the monthly, not the site.
7. No ranking promises
We'll do the work that gives your site its best shot — clean structure, real service pages, your towns done right. But nobody can promise page-one rankings, and we won't try. Anyone who does is selling snake oil.
8. If we change these terms
We'll post the new version here with the date it changed. If a change matters to your plan, we'll tell you directly.
